I was just chatting with a friend of mine Glenn and he pointed out a couple of really cool resources.
There is a 2 hour course on AJAX. Don't get me started - I was doing this a long time ago, when it didn't have a cool name like AJAX, now it's the next big thing. AJAX is great, but like all technologies there's a time and place for everything. I'll leave that for another post.

Back in October they released 6 hours on .NET 3.0. It's 3 courses, 2 hours each, on Windows Presentation Foundation (wpf), Windows Communication Foundation (wcf) and Work Flow (wf). The e-learning has had over 60,000 activations since its release
